Top job on acute services building

On Sunday 29 April 2018 we celebrated the topping out of our new acute services building at Blacktown Hospital. The building has now reached roof height, and it’s all systems go for completion next year.

Premier of NSW Gladys Berejiklian and Minister for Health Brad Hazzard joined us to celebrate the milestone by laying sprigs of our topping out tree into the final concrete slab.

The tree will be planted in the grounds around the hospital, but the imprint of the leaves will remain on the roof as a permanent reminder of our achievement.
